Homeownership

Raise Up’s Homeownership Program provides Financial Literacy and Homeownership Education and Counseling to eligible Raise Up families who have a Housing Choice Voucher. Raise Up will connect you with Certified Housing Counselors to assist you in developing a plan for your homeownership journey. Successful participants are eligible to have their HCV housing assistance payments applied toward a mortgage instead of rent. Every current Housing Choice Rental Voucher participant can work toward qualifying for this program.
