Resident Assistance Watch (RAW)

Since 1997 Raise Up has worked with residents to improve living conditions and safety in their buildings through the Resident Assistance Watch (RAW) Program. RAW brings together Raise Up’s Management, Security Team, and residents as partners in serving the Raise Up community.

RAW is about being a good neighbor. Residents work with the Raise Up team to identify suspicious and criminal activities. Watching out for each other and sharing information helps keep our community safe.

Residents interested in participating in RAW must be at least 18 years old, in good standing, be able to volunteer 6-8 hours per month, and complete the required training. Participation in RAW can fulfill resident’s community service obligation.
